Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
• Falsification of records or misrepresentation
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith

Reporting Violations

Anyone who witnesses or suspects a violation of this Code of Conduct should report it through our contact channels. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially. We prohibit retaliation against good-faith reporters.

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships, and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities where warranted.
